I am an accomplished Urban High-Rise General Manager with a master's degree in Property Management and Real Estate, and more than 20 years of leadership experience overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, mentoring and developing teams of 20 or more professionals, and delivering educational presentations to diverse audiences. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others succeed. In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I am the CEO and Chairman of Veteran Check, an organization dedicated to educating, mentoring, and empowering military veterans as they transition into successful civilian careers. This role has further strengthened my abilities as an instructor, mentor, and motivational leader. Working with young people has always been one of my greatest passions. I have spent the past decade coaching youth sports, where I have had the privilege of teaching not only athletic skills but also teamwork, confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance.
