I am an accomplished Urban High-Rise General Manager with a master's degree in Property Management and Real Estate, and more than 20 years of leadership experience overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, mentoring and developing teams of 20 or more professionals, and delivering educational presentations to diverse audiences. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others succeed. In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I am the CEO and Chairman of Veteran Check, an organization dedicated to educating, mentoring, and empowering military veterans as they transition into successful civilian careers. This role has further strengthened my abilities as an instructor, mentor, and motivational leader. Working with young people has always been one of my greatest passions. I have spent the past decade coaching youth sports, where I have had the privilege of teaching not only athletic skills but also teamwork, confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance. As a devoted father, I understand the importance of creating a safe, encouraging, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and capable of succeeding. I am also a combat veteran and former U.S. Naval Airman who proudly served during Operation Desert Storm. My military service instilled in me the values of honor, accountability, resilience, and servant leadership—qualities that continue to guide both my professional career and my personal life. Above all, I have a genuine ability to connect with children and young adults. I strive to make learning enjoyable, build self-confidence, and inspire students to reach their full potential. My goal as a tutor is not only to help students achieve academic success but also to encourage character, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. I believe that by investing in our youth today, we create stronger families, stronger communities, and a brighter future for everyone.
