Dear Parents, I’d love to share a little about my academic and teaching journey with you. I completed my MBA in Quantitative Finance from Symbiosis, Bengaluru, and my B.Com. (Honours) from IP University, Delhi, where I was a rank holder, securing 2nd position at the college level and 7th position at the university level among students across approximately 80–100 colleges. I began my professional career as a Financial Analyst at Dell Technologies and currently work as a Financial Consultant with a government subsidiary. Alongside my corporate career, teaching has been something I genuinely enjoy. I love simplifying concepts, helping students overcome their doubts, and seeing their confidence grow as they learn. I’ve had the opportunity to teach several students from Gulshan Ikebana, covering all subjects for Classes 6–10 and Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics for Classes 11-12. I’m currently teaching four students across these grades. One of my proudest teaching moments was seeing my student from last year score 98.5/100 in Business Studies and 97/100 in Economics. These results were incredibly rewarding, and I’m so happy to have contributed to the student’s achievement. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, understanding concepts rather than memorising them, practising exam-oriented questions, and making sure students feel comfortable asking doubts. I believe every student learns differently, so I try to adapt my explanations and teaching pace to their individual needs. For me, teaching is not just about completing the syllabus; it’s about helping students become confident, independent learners who understand what they study and can apply that knowledge in exams. Having taught students from our own community, I’ve come to value the trust that parents place in a teacher and the importance of consistent effort, patience, and the right guidance.
